Bench wont go up with Enanthate

Hi, im running test-e at 500mg/week

Little problem ive had, ive went up from 180 to 196 right now during my 4th week.

All lifts have gone up, not dramatically but a good amount, everything except bench which has stayed the same

Ive been hitting chest hard and good and diet has been fine.

Can anyone explain why my max bench hasnt gone up? Ive been doing chest twice a week or 4 days every chest workout.

Enanthate doesn't kick in till week 5 or 6. Are you talking about benching 196 lbs ? If your talking about going up in weight from 180 to 196 it's 90 % water and you need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) quickly an expect to loose the water just before the muscle start to build. If you jump on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) now you have just enough time to do it and keep you BP down.
 
Yea im talking about my weight, i know its all water as my face and my body in general is pretty bloated up. I dont have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) right now, i have Nolva but i didnt wanna run that unti my pct.. but are you saying il start building muscle after the water rentention is gone?

I am 8 weeks into a 500mg wek test e cycle and I also havn't had alot of gains on the bench. Only modest gains everywhere else, but the bench...only up a rep or two. If you are bloating up then you might wanna try aromasin as your AI

when would you expect some major gains on the bench? i might try aromasin though
 
I would of expected it by now...not sure what is up. I have increased my intake of food this week...I hope that makes a difference.
 
Im not really a strength gainer with test only, but i am a grower.

People are different bro, be happy with your muscle growth, its not all about the weight.
 
r yal serious? If he has a halfway decent diet, after 8 weeks he should def. have strength gains. Whos your source? Might just have some bunk gear.

whats your chest routine? maybe you are over working this muscle? some people think when they get on gear that they can pound the muscles without over doing it...also may want to have a look at your diet if you're having so much bloat...
 
And didn't he say he's hitting chest hard twice a week?? Ever heard of over training. If training right, you should only be able to hit large groups once a week. You won't gain strength training chest twice a week. Once only.
 
Adam I think you could get much better help with a full typed out "daily diet" of what you consume + what your exact training regime is(Exercise, Weight, reps, tempo, rest).

Being on the juice is not magic. The issue may be in another area.
 
if ur ass is legit then somethings wrong with ur workout. im running test e and loving it. bench has went up about 80 lbs and im in week seven. I did kickstart with dbol though, and the water retention and bloat really shouldn't affect ur strength gains it should actually help a little. I know det oak had been around here for a while so listen to him cause im only a been. but I can say I love test e and have gotten extremely good results all over with it, and I also train about twice a week depending on how my body feels.

what helped me was the 5/3/1 program if you are willing to work hard,it does work,and i wasnt even on cycle at the time
