Nacho's con pollo: Nacho chips on a round plate with a circle/space in the middle. Grilled chicken bits spread over the nachos, salsa and chunky cottage cheese thrown in the middle part, bits of bacon spread over the whole plate and then a combination of cheddar and mozzarella cheese thrown over the whole lot which is then baked for 5-8 minutes. (Add bit's of chilli before throwing cheese on if you like it hot mofo's).
