Best cycle for cutting fat gaining lean muscle

best advice from me is make your own thread and don't hijack someone elses post....

also you should really read the stickies and actually learn some stuff before thinking about doing an ana Anavar (var) only cycle.. remember your putting shit into your body... wouldn't you want to have a good understanding of wtf it may do to you instead of just trusting a few people on here who "seem" reliable because they have a high post count and some green things under their name?

knowledge is power... learn for yourself don't just take suggestions without understanding everything behind the suggestion
wouldnt an ana Anavar (var) cycle for men be too expensive for the worth ? And the difficulty in getting real Anavar (var) , and there is a lot of fake Anavar (var) which is just dbol and whiny?

im not even considering the cost of the ana Anavar (var) .. its just not worth running on its on unless like you mentioned..being a female..
 
Well, firstly, excuse me for "hijacking" someone elses post; I didn't realize it would be so unwelcome. Secondly, thank you, Chicago712 and Insatiable1 for the insight. Nonetheless, I'm basically doing what you're suggesting; reading up on it. This is the first forum I've joined and I'd done some reading on my own before, so I was just asking if my idea seemed right. I'd read on the Ana Anavar (var) only cycle being a no no, but I'd also seen conflicting views regarding that, so I wasn't sure if I should be doing that with test or not. I really appreciate you tellin me to be careful, cuz I've been very skeptical about aas this entire time; I assure you I'm not stupid enough to just take the plunge with ignorance. As for Anavar (var) being fake is concerned, in Pakistan you got some really legit stuff; in fact, a lot of it goes through here before it reaches the west. I'm saying that cuz I know a bunch of people who ship and transport from manufacturers. Even still, the purpose of my post was to get some better suggestions on what I should be looking into because I haven't made up my mind and probably won't for at least another few months until I'm sure. So again, any suggestion would be much appreciated, keeping my goals in mind. Again, I appreciate both of you saying what you did.

if you want to do it right... run a test only cycle as follows

wk 1-12 test e/c 500mg/wk every 3.5d
wk 4-12 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu/wk ( you can start at wk 1 but in my expierence you don't really get shutdown till about wk 4)
wk 1-12 arimidex .25mg eod... this should be adjusted if needed

wk 16-20 nolvadex 40/40/20/20 these dosages are ed, lowered per week
wk 16-20 clomid 100/50/25/25 ""

there are minor tweeks that can be made to this but for the most part this isthe SAFEST way to running a first cycle besides not running a cycle...

my suggestion would be to completely understand what each of these compounds do, especially like arimidex because dosages may need to be changed depending on how your e2 levels are

also please get blood work done before you start this cycle so you have baseline values to go off of for after PCT to see where your at compared to where you naturally were before ever running a cycle...

I've read up plenty on Nolva, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and clomid but armidex is something I haven't heard of before so I guess ill do some thorough reading on that. And its probably a safer bet to start off on the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to begin with right? As far as Test E goes, from what I've been reading, it evidently bloats the hell out of you and you lose all your definition. Some articles even said that 90percent of the weight gained is lost once off cycle. How much of that is true and by wk 12, what kind of permanent or near permanent gains should I be expecting with your experience? Oh, I definitely will get tests done before I start anything. Again, I really appreciate you takin out the time to help out.

First off the water weight or bloat that you're talking about is usually a result of not taking an Aromtase Inhibitor (AI) (Arimidex) because the test has a chance to convert to estrogen and our bodies always like to stay in homeostasis soo when test levels skyrockets the body tries to raise the estrogen levels to balance out the test.. which leads to the bloat, gyno, and other Estrogen related sides...

So by taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) you lower the chance of putting on as much scale weight.. but the weight you do put on won't be water and from my expierence you can stay pretty well defined while on if your diet is in check..

Also... the only reason people don't hold a lot of there gains is for a few reasons and this is just my expierence ...

- either they don't PCT correctly and there hormones are very unbalanced and cortisol sky rockets
- they don't realize they put on 10-20lbs and continue to eat the amount of calories they were eating prior to the cycle not realizing their TDEE has changed due to the weight gain
- probably a few more but if you do a proper PCT and get everything recovered ASAP you should maintain atleast 50% if not more of your gains..

Just wondering though, from what I understand, doesn't Test E entail a shit load of bloating and water retention? Some articles even said that 90per of the weight and strength gained is lost once off cycle. How much of that is true? Also, what kind of permanent or near pemanent gains did you experience on such a cycle?

In short when I compare template / weight with another practitioner bike, I barely keep pace particularly in terms of force (torque) and of course if I increase the stress I quickly burn my quadriceps.

J have developed a program based kettlebell (swing, squat, etc. ..) I see the volume, a definition of quad but I'm not a great increase in ATV.

To guide you a little advice, as I have a feeling of lack of capacity to effectively contract my quad, and when I focus my efforts, I quickly lost the endurance muscle.
Is it a question of muscle fiber has priority? To prepare?

Do you have an experience of success or failure of this type of goal!
