Best dosing schedule for my TRT scripts...please help

Guys,
I'm on 175mg per week of Cyp (once every 7 days - I like to keep things simple and stick to a set weekly schedule), 1 mg Anastrozle/week, 500iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) per week.

Currently I'm doing this:

500iu friday
175mg cyp saturday
1mg Anastrozle sunday

Does this look like a good schedule?

Thanks

wouldnt know about the Antrezole but everything else looks right. If it were me I would take everything then see if you need the Anti E. That way you can see if you even need it. 175mg of T starting out seems like a lot too combined with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). I mean its not totally out there a lot of people do something similar. But if it were me I would start around 100mg then work your way up. Chances are if your working with a Doctor and not a clinic if your Total T numbers are high hes going to cut you down anyways, so no sense in getting used to something that might not stay.

I personally split up my dosages 2x weekly: Saturday and Wednesday. It gives me a better constant level and I don't find myself crashing at day 6 on a 1x/wk schedule. 1mg of Adex a week probably won't do much for you, but some of us are "over responders" to AI's - so maybe it will keep you within range. I personally take .5g of Arimidex split up 2x (25mg 2x/wk) coinciding with my injections as I do aromatize somewhat. No clue on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) as I am not fortunate enough to have a doc write a script for that, and haven't decided if I want to supplement with UGL stuff as I do not have any future plans of making more babies with the wife.

Should I be on any kind of natural thyroid support like NOW's Thyroid supplement, or a B complex, etc...

what should be essential supplements on TRT?

Fish oil, multi (with glucosamine/MSM), and coq10 are the "essentials" I would add to the list above.

Dose T 2 times per week
Split Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) into 2- 250iu doses one each on the day before your next T shot
This might eliminate the need for half of your adex.

100mg a week? Isn't that low? I need to get bloodwork anyway to see for sure.

Anybody else have any input?

100 is kind of the starter dose closer to 200 is on the high end of dosing, not uncommon but not the norm for 'Normal testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocol". Depends on how you react to it and what you want. I can tell you from what I have seen with most doctors and specialist you start getting your total T count over 800-900 they are going to cut you back. Clinics are a little different in this aspect as they seem to have more leeway. But I would think with 175mg and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) your going to end up a little higher. But some doctors go the route of starting high then going down, which I dont really like as they brining you up then down, Id rather go up and stop then shoot high and have my ballon.

Yes you can do twice a week, alot of guys swear buy it. But for me that means getting the crap out twice a week, double the needles and double the injections, and if I have to do this for the next 40 years that extra shot a week may get scar tissue to build up. From what I have read if you do it every 5-7 days really twice a week isnt necessary.
