Best Female Fat Burner

I posted a thread a few days ago with questions about hcg because I've read how great it is for fat loss, but since you're all the experts and I'm new, I want to know what is the best way to lose fat and slim down?

I've so far lost 15lbs on my weight loss journey. I'm 24 years old, had a baby 4 1/2 years ago so my biggest problem area is my stomach. I'm 5 foot 5 1/2, and currently weigh 130 lbs. My goal weight is 115 lbs. According to this bf% calculator, my estimated body fat is 25%. I don't want to just look "average", I want to be really fit and toned and lose inches!

For exercise, I'm doing p90x (lean program) and in my 4th week. I don't keep a diary or count calories in my diet, but I've reduced my carb intake as in I haven't eaten pasta and the only bread item is a piece of whole wheat toast in the morning, or bran cereal with sliced bananas instead of toast, then just fruits and veggies all day and Atkins protein shakes, and green tea.

Since it's probably best to include everything I'm doing, sorry if it's TMI, I also drink milk of magnesia every night because I am very constipated and bloated otherwise. I'm actually completely constipated unless I drink it. I've taken more fibre, done everything, nothing else works for me. I've struggled with it for 2 years and I've cleared it with my doctor that there's nothing wrong with drinking MOM long term. I only take the 1 little cup amount each night (the little cup that comes with it) I'm not taking more than I need.

Any advice on diet and supplements to work on my body fat % and lose the inches on my stomach/thighs/butt please help me! :) Sorry this is so long!

Their are a shit load of supplements on the market but the only things absolutely guaranteed to work are diet, cardio, and weight training,, muscle burns fat hit those weights!!

Hi Krista ! Welcome :)
Congrats !! on loosing 15 lbs :dance2:

First thing you should do is keep a food diary, you don't really know how many cals you are really eating unless you do this.
A good place to do this is fitday.com, you just type the name of what you eat, and it will give you the break down of cal/fat/pro/carbs.
Are you doing the atkins diet ? remember you do need some carbs in your diet, and you won't loose weight if your not eating enough.
You can visit our diet forum, there's lots of useful info there.

What's really going to help u loose fat is diet & cardio.. I've never done p90X, but I've read is a good program and works well.

I'm using forged burner, I love it, I take 1 cap pre-workout & it gives me tons of energy & it has a great appetite supressor.

here's the link if your interested
Fat Burners

Best of luck to you ;)

Thank you Mrs P! I am going to go on that food diary website. I'm really motivated after losing the first 15 lbs so I will do whatever it takes.

Is that you in the pic? That's my goal of how I want to look. What bodyfat % should I be aiming for?

I'm not doing the atkins diet, I'm just kinda doing my own thing lol. It's not really structured at all. How many calories per day should I be aiming for and how many carbs per day? I'm not interested in my weight loss being too slow, so I can be restrictive if need be :)

I will check out that fat burner! The energy part would be great too, some days I feel a bit sluggish

This is my p90x schedule:

Day 1 - Core Synergistics
Day 2 - Cardio X
Day 3 - Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X
Day 4 - Yoga X
Day 5 - Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
Day 6 - Kenpo X
Day 7 - Rest or X Stretch

This week I've added Cardio X in the mornings a few days per week (in addition to the scheduled dvd I do in the evening)

I'll see next week if the extra workouts are giving me more results :) And I'm going to start the food diary too.

Yes, that's me.. and thanks for the compliments.
I haven't checked my bodyfat, it's probably around 14/15 %, I have the same issue as you, my abs is my problem area...too :(
I think this is every girl's problem area after kids..lol

I'm 5'6 and weigh 128 lbs, so we're almost the same height & weight..
If u like I can calculate the cals you should be aiming for and I can pm it to you.
(I'll pm u tonight)

Feel free to ask as much as u like,
that's really why I'm here to help others. :)

Hi Krista,

If you are looking to amp up your workout, you can try Anavar. I have been using it for awhile and it makes me sweat my ass off. I took one about an hour ago, have yet to make it to the gym and I'm soaked, just sitting here typing. I am quite a bit older than you, female and do cardio and lifting 3-4 times a week. It's helping the tummy get smaller, faster.

Health

Hi,
I was wondering who used these tengda diet pills and if they work. I need to loose 10 pounds fast in like 1 month and I need something that works, no kids play. Any recommandations would be awesome.
Thank you
