Are you saying if I take Ketotifen along with my clen I don't have to cycle the clen ? Never heard of this. It would be nice. Can anybody back this up ?Or grab some ketotifen and just stay on the clen for however many weeks you want.

Even with ketotifen I wouldn't run clen longer than 3 or 4 weeks straight, max.
And I'm pretty liberal with stims.
Not knocking you bro, but do you mind if I ask why? I've never heard of or personally practiced short runs with stimulants, other than clen without keto of course. Do you find it gets too much after 4 weeks?
Apart from the odd cramp (i use l-taurine to stop these) i've had no issues yet any of the times i've run clen, and they've all been well over two weeks.

No offense taken - I'll link a few things from my work computer tmr, at home on my laptop right now. Basically I'm concerned with ventricular hypertrophy, as well as the diminished efficacy past a certain period, even when you add ketotifen in.
I'm also open to being corrected - as I've said before, definitely no scientist, I just try to do my research before I inject / inject something nowadays
Clenbuterol (astralean) is a great fat burner used my most athletes. It helps you gain muscles and lose fat fast.
However, clenbuterol also yielded three very negative changes. First, after just four weeks, clenbuterol-treated rats were unable to maintain their normal swimming or running training intensities, while clean rodents were quite capable of continuing. Secondly, the hearts of the clenbuterol-taking, trained rats increased dramatically in size compared to the hearts of sedentary rats, but the heart expansion was probably due to the infiltration of collagen fibres into the heart walls, not an increase in heart-muscle cells. Collagen is a tough connective tissue which doesn't augment heart-muscle power but in fact stiffens the heart, potentially leading to a decrease in cardiac output. Increases in collagen may also produce cardiac arrhythmias. Thirdly, clenbuterol rats suffered from noticeable cardiac-cell degeneration.
Re-read my post from last night and I meant to say injest or inject, by the way lol. I don't have as many links saved as I thought, I must've read / digested and dismissed some of them.
Here's the one that prompted me to do some more reading, initially:
The side effects of Clenbuterol
This link is more vague, but re-iterates the findings shown in studies on rats (note, not human)
Performance and Image Enhancing Drugs
Anytime there's a lack of study of longterm effects on a decent sample size of HUMANS plus an adequate control group I'm wary of assigning too much weight to the findings.
I won't get into the details, but I'll just say for a few years I was using a ridiculous amount of coke. Breaking even with a six figure salary amounts. So even though I passed an ECG with flying colours I don't want to tempt fate more than necessary.

I don't have an account at pubmed, what doses of clen are involved in those human studies?
Awesome read. Thanks again for posting studies bro.
What are your thoughts on heart damage (in particular ventricular hypertrophy) from extended use of clen? Thats all I'd really be worried about if i were to run it again...
