best place to shoot, delt, quad, glute?

Only reason i dont do delts is i dont want pple seeing the tracks from it. Im always doing quads. Never tried gluts but i think that would be a good option ill give it a go next cycle i think.

Glutes. Period. Anecdotal, as well as empirical data overwhelmingly support my opinion. A quick PubMed search will assuage any doubts.

Poly

you dont get track marks from doing it in your delt its way to tiny, but thanks of the glute advice.. if im doing 4 shots a week should i do one in each cheek and one in each delt or just alternate cheeks

You are absolutely correct poly. I just can't stand glutes for some reason. Part of it has to do with flexibility but you are correct sir.

Second link didn't work so...

Sciatic Nerve Injury Following Intramuscular Injection: A Case Report: Discussion

gluteal injections, it is safest to use the upper outer quadrant. The choice of site for injection must be based on good clinical judgment, using the best evidence available and individualized client assessment. There is wide agreement in the literature that the ventrogluteal site is preferable (Small, 2004). Review of the literature on relevant injection procedure found that injury to the sciatic nerve is associated with use of the dorsogluteal site for injection, because the sciatic nerve commonly courses this site

Glutes is the least painful but I have trouble with the left cheak as I'm righthanded and somehow less flexible to turn on that side.

Not saying these are the best but they are what work for me,
1:Quads
2:Delts
3:calves

these are the three that I rotate, I might try biceps next cycle
