Best Protein Powder Supplement w/o Aspartame/Nutrisweet/Sucralose and fake suger?

What protein people recommend for price to grams of lean protein?
I'm avoiding all fake sugars and see them in a lot of supplements. I spent a while looking at the fine print and see a lot of phenylalanine and sucralose in whey protein and gave up.

I'm actually OK with bland tasting or with a bit of natural sweeteners like fructose, cane sugar, honey, etc.
What have others found to be the best?

Any isolate is going to be your best bet. Your body actually digests it as opposed to a lot of whey powders which are predigested. Generally the price per bottle is more for isolate BUT the grams per scoop are also more as well. As far as artificial sweeteners and whatnot I have no idea which have what in them.

Just curious, why are you avoiding artificial sugars?

My last batch of whey was sweetened with xylitol.... gave me gas and bloat.

I have finally decided that no whey protein in worth the money. They get the powder by taking the white milky water thats left over from the cheese industry. At some plant somewhere they dry it to a powder form. Originally its soul purpose was to use it as a cheap feed for swine. Then someone with a marketing degree saw big money in selling it to the meatheads. Sales and marketing 101, make it cheap and sell it high and use marketing to convince you that you NEED the product.

The phenylalanine and sucralose give me some funky sensations. Aspartame puts this super shitty aftertaste in my mouth for hours and gives me a headache. And it's made by Monsanto which brought us DDT, Agent Orange and Roud-up ready corn. I'd rather not eat additives from a chemical company. There are way too many chemicals in our food already. I'd much rather have a bit of natural sugar or honey or nothing. Mostly it makes me feel sick. Not worth the grams of protein to feel sick afterwards.

So is your diet 100% just lean meat, carbs, proteins, etc.? No shakes? I'm trying to get there...myself.

Liquid Egg whites Costco like 60g per carton I think. I also use allmax protein but prefer e.whites

Yeah I stopped buying pro powder.... but yes its a bitch trying to get it alll down with real food. Like 49 er said I use liquid egg ehites now.I also eat lots of eggs. I will make egg whites for a snack before bed sometimes.... but sometimes when I am full and cant put anything else in my gullett I just dont eat, even if im 50 g short on my protein.

Thats just me tho, pro powder is helpful & useful, I just dont wanna spend the money on it and it is inferior to real food

Hey thanks to 49er and Anzel--the egg whites...Do you always cook them? I know the sterile ones can be consumed raw, but I heard the bio-value is diminished if not cooked. And I read that just the opposite--that raw eggs have more bio-active nutrient value. Hard to know which to believe. What do you two recommend?

BTW Costco had 5-dozen organic eggs in a giant white box for $8.99. I got two cases.

And yes Monsanto's Glyphosate is getting into all of us and damaging healthy gut flora and accumulating in fat and tissue. It's a toxic world run by many large toxic companies.

If u put say 25g protein powder in along white a cup of whites u cannot taste the egg whites, but.myself I drink it straight taste like water to me now use to it lol

I have to use Whey Isolate over Whey Concentrate due to the lactose content in the concentrate. Yes, 99.9% lactose free - the it is concentrated. All I know is it gives me bad gas and the shits whereas Isolate does not.

I heard that the egg whites are fine to drink raw provided they are pasteurized - which does partially cook them - otherwise you are not getting nearly as much of the nutrients from the egg whites as you should.
