Well you cant beat optimum nutritions 10lb bag delivered to your door for 50 bucks - 5 bucks a lb is CHEAP AS HELL !!! not as good as muscle milk but not even close to as expensive as muscle milk either..

6 pounds for 20 bucks at Costco. 5 bucks a pound will get you milk protein, whey should be $3-$4 a pound.

It is from concentrate. Most people can't stomach 100% concentrate.. it bloats them.

Muscle milk is pricey isn't it? I'm taking designer right now. The price wasn't too horrendous. Like 35 beans for 5 lb's. Tastes good and contains zma and glutamine peptides. (and is an isolate of course)
