best steroid for abs

im looking for a cutting steroid that will help me a cut a little bit abdominal fat or help my abs get bigger
any suggestions?
 
Diet harder, and more cardio. Obviously if your not seein any kind of results your diet isnt on-point or your routine is slackin.
 
Honestly ive seen first hand people whove had get success with the p90x but 20-30 minutes of standing in one place isnt enough in my eyes, you need to add weight with alot of movement, lungs cleans stair stepper

losing weight in my eyes is alot easier then gaining, i wrestled for 9 years so losin weights no probably, just have to constantly moving.

You got a 6 pack under the fat, just got to get rid of the fat.
 
Meal one - Healthy, high fiber cereal then multi-vitamin/mineral
Meal two - Trioplex Bar and orange or grapefriut
Meal three - lean meat (chicken, tuna, turkey, or turkey burger) and green veggies or green salad and complex carb (two slices whole grain bread, sweet potato, or brown rice)
Meal four - handful of raw almonds and an apple or pear
Meal five - (dinner) lean white meat or fish (not fried) w/green veggies or green salad
Meal six - Protein Diet Bar

30min cardio non weight lifting days
10min abs continuous everyday
 
got the meal plan from another site been using it for the past 6-7 months
gaining muscle comes easy but the abdominal area is starting to annoy me

i might take some anavar with my next test cycle
 
You can't just make your abs show up by doing exercises. You have to be a low enough bodyfat for your abs to show. 18% is not going to cut it. Once you hit the 12% range, you should start to see them crop up. Drop even lower and they should be very noticeable.
 
Do your cardio in the morning before breakfast, what works best for me, wake up and run some ephedrine and caffeine, mix some bcaas and hit the elliptical for an hour, eat my breakfast, which is the only meal other than post workout that would carry carbs, and then later on in the day when glycogen is restored strength train followed by ab ripper x. Abs in a month guaranteed or your money back ;)

Exactly what he said! You need to tighten up the regiment before considering any type of cutting cycle. Otherwise you're likely to just climb back up to 18% bf once the crap is out of your system.
