Best time for cardio, am or post workout??

Next question, is I like morning, because I just hate mornings for pressing.
BUT,
Is it good idea if on test/deca/clen to go in am to do low intensity incline walks on empty stomach or is that a myth about it working better empty? I would do after my workout, but sometimes I am literally just waiting to get some protein in me before too long.
anyway....
Empty stomach morning good for cardio/fat burn under 140bpmish?
