best time for cardio

Early AM.

I will try to find a study on the subject for you, as soon as I get the chance.

ahh the hell with this.

I'll just sum it up for you myself.
In the morning, your glycogen supplies are low from a long overnight fast, so while doing cardio work in the morning after this fast, your body is more likely to burn stored body fat for fuel.

Studies with these results have been made, however I would personally do whatever is more comfortable and convenient for you. If you are used to doing exercises in the early morning, then by all means this method may be for you. But if otherwise, then I don't think that it would make such a big deal to do it at a time more convenient for yourself.
Hope that helps.

Morning cardio is key. Cardio after training is also quite affective because glycogen levels are low at this period as well. Keep the intensity down on empty stomach cardio or you will risk burning up that hard earned muscle.

I would say anytime would be good. Do it on days that you dont lift reason being is that you could possibly prompt a GH release which would speed recovery. Do not do it after your work out unless you fit your workout and cardio all within one hour. Cortisol will become dominant in your body and then you can say bye bye new muscle.

Cardio at any time of the day is better then no cardio at all. And the best time to do it is when you have the time in the day to do it.

It doesn't really matter.

As long as Calories consumed - Calories Burned = A caloric deficit you'll lose weight

If you consume adequate protein and have a good training routine, you'll lose minimal muscle

Its best to do it in the morning when you wake up before you eat anything. If you cant do that then ofcourse do what fits. Of course its better then none.

Morning.

WWMTD ~ What Would Mike Tyson Do? Mike Tyson has always ran in the morning through the middle of the bronx. That's the key, the fact that you're in the bronx while it's still dark, you run at an incredible pace.
