I like to pin in the the morning right before going to the gym. I get an odd energetic feeling right after pinning. Very good sense of well being; probably all mental, but it works for me. Translates into a great workout.
ah see i work nights like pork so i sleep like at night from like 9-11 30 then work...when i get home from work at around 9 am i shower then i pin before i take a 3 or 4 hour nap.. for the main reason that A. i feel cleaner after i shower and B. i like to inject and lay with my leg and ass laterally cause i normally only inject quad and glutes..this way it has time to disperse evenly not having the impact of walking and gravity pulling that shit to my knee cap and bottom of my ass..i just never feel sore if i do it that way..plus it gives it 3 to 4 hours to get into my blood stream before i hit the gym...idk if all this is mental or fact but thats how i like to do it..pin then sleep a bit...and ive never had trouble sleeping on cycle...and if i do melatonin helps do the trick
