best way to burn fat

Diet are cardio are the keys. Drugs can help. AS helps preserve muscle when cutting up and also helps burn fat. T3, clenbuterol, and ephedrine (e.q. xenadrine, NYC) help burn fat.
 
The best thing to eat is like a banana just something light that won't bog you down i usually ate a piece of bread and honey which is harsh but it worked for me the honey gave me carbs right before i ran but anything light nothing heavy will do
 
Ok, I can see that you are in dire need of help here.

1. You do not run before breakfast, you walk.
2. If you feel that you must eat something before the walk you do not eat a banana, you eat/drink protein.
3. Cardioexercise is good but you do not do it on an empty stomach.

I see your point but don't buy it personally or at least from my experience protein drinks are just way too heavy in the morning even if its just for walking and walking is good if kokid wants to lose wieght over a peroid of months but if he wants to lose the wieght faster than over that peroid running be his best choice and me personally i have never had a problem doing cardio on an empty stomach especially in the morning but i have done it both ways but the main thing is if a person wants to lose wieght adjust your diet and stay active the two things equal results bar-none
 
This works for me. In this exact order.

1.Cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
2.Eat Breakfast.
3.Weight-train.
 
I agree cardio on an empty stomach,burn the cal in body ,eat breakfast,oatmeal,egg whites go work out!
 
Instead of an empty stomach, I prefer some whey protein in water only. Almost no carbs, but the protein helps protect against muscle loss.
 
IF i'm going too work out in the morning I eat 2 whole eggs and 5 egg whites. I find I can't drink in the morning or I puke.
