Best Work Out For middle chest

Sup brudas

was wonder what u guys do to work the middle part of the chest u know line in the middle ...my chest is growing but find the middle part to be lacking what would u guys suggest

ps if dont understand what i mean look at the pic below
 
you mean to put that cut in between your pecs? do butterflys, that brought out that cut alot for me, big difference...
 
I used to have some serious underdevelopment in my chest, particularly in that area. It came pretty far since(still not where I'd like it to be, but I've seen a great change).

The way I did this was to incorporate cable flyes. I would put a bench in between a cable crossover machine(with the handles on low settings), incline the bench, and do slow, steady cable flyes while squeezing the whole way through. Try it out

cable flyes are great exercises, but most, including I, don't utilize them enough because carrrying a bench over to the cables is always such a pain in the ass. :)
 
just get a bigger chest your chest is one big muscle you can not contract the center chest without contracting the chest as a whole!!! If that was possible to work a so called middle chest all men would be walking around with cleavage.

HELL YEAH IT IS. you got to walk across the dumbell area, for me thats like 20 ft. fuck that, a i some low rate lifter who carry's thing from one place to another? so hideous that i pick things up and put them down again? fuck yeah i am, but im too lazy to do that for some pussy ass able excercise. no im kidding i believe in cables to a certain extent. i do this excercise only when there is a bench waiting for me.

close grip bench with elbows flared out,Flyes like someone else suggested........genetics.....helps too
 
I don't particularly like cable flyes because of the chance of improper form. I tend to lean more towards dumbells for all my flye movements now and I feel like it is bringing out deeper seperations in my chest.
