Indeed. One thing to point out though where many guys F*ck up with using BA is that BA is best used throughout the day spread out over a few doses. I generally dose 6-10 grams a day. 6 grams on off days and 10 grams on workout days. It definitely makes a world of difference performance wise, especially when doing lame ass cardio...lol. :D

Primordial Performance

I actually have been dosing preWO, but I know its been advocated as better throughout the day. I will have to give that a try!
 
i like using beta-a when off cycle (on so much while on so i take a brake)
so i us eit when back on hrt. usually 3-4g split up into 1-2g servings a few hrs apart.
1 preWO 1 Post and 1 later on.
good stuff.
i use PPs now since its cheaper in bulk ;-)
