Bicep Injury

I was doing my final set of seated curls of my bicep workout today and on my final rep I got a searing pain in my bicep. I wasn't going very heavy, but I was pretty fatigued. It went away for the most part and I was able to complete my remaining back lifts without much trouble. Now it feels pretty tight, but hasn't been painful at all until I tried to scratch an itch on my back and my bicep immediately spasmed. Its a little tighter now, but still not really all that painful. Still, I'm fearful that I may have partially torn the muscle. What do you guys think?
