Bicep Tendentious. Ridiculous.

My Bicep Tendentious has gotten so bad. It only flares up when my arms are above my shoulders. IE front and aide raises. Yesterday i was washing dishes and had to stop because my shoulders hurt so bad. Usually by my 3 set of front or side raises i have to stop because my shoulders burn so bad. If i wait about 15 mins im fine and can continue to work out. Any. Ideas?

It doesnt really hurt at all during any of my other exersies. Just shoulder press and front and side raises.
