Since you are posting your pics for constructive criticism....you are VERY underdeveloped in every area, with maybe the exception of your lats....and that's pushing it. I'd suggest HEAVY compound movements such as deadlifts, squats, and bench. Put away the 20's for those isolation curls, they ain't gonna do shit for ya. Heavy BB curls will help ya out. THat and a good diet...and you're good to go! Good luck Buddy!

I thought this thread already bled to death, but oh well... Thanks for the comments. I am doing heavy compounds ever since I started training bro, but thanks for the advice anway. I'm bulking again and expect to hit 200lbs before the end of the year.
I'm doing the 5x5 routine actually, and right now I'm at 285lbs squats, 325lbs deadlifts, 210lbs bench presses and 50lbs dumbell curls. It's still going pretty easy at those lifts but I keep adding 10lbs of 5lbs to the bar every single week. It's going pretty well, but I've already done 450lbs deadlifts and squats in the past. I just gotta keep on building the weights up and the body will respond to that.
