Bicep's?

Bet you thought this was going to be a question about how to get 22 inch arms in a week? lol looking for some suggestions with this issue im having..Alright this is seriously pissing me off now..Ive had this nagging forearm pain ( see link, it hurts along the purple colored #4 line) It is especially irritating when i do any sort of curl for bi's i havent trained them in almost 4 weeks..it felt better on tues so i tried some curls but then had to stop..when doing pressing moves it bothers me but i can still complete my reps without it being a factor..However bi's are extremely painful and im not training them..Anyone deal with a similar problem? Suggestions?

I bet when you let go of the bar after you set, it hurt like a biatch too!

I know what that is. Dont do anything that hurts it. Take a rest from biceps for a while. They will lose some size, but it will come back.

thats a common injury, and it will get better in a month or 2 if you dont use it.
 
Thanks bro..i've only tried to train them twice in 4 weeks i got through 2 warmups and one set then stopped..funny thing my arms look a little bigger..when u say dont use it, what are you really saying?? lol im fine doing quads, but how bout deads and bench?

Im saying, dont do anything that causes it pain.
 
if it is like gm said and that sharp pain when you let go of the bar, just rest it. If it is tendonitis down the tendon from the top of the arm near the elbow, get a tennis elbow rap when you lift.
 
Have had similar, have to stay away from curls for 4-8 weeks. Not a big deal to take a break; if you don't it'll never go away.

Yeah thats the plan..just going to do the essentials squats deads soem presses see how that goes this week
