If you respone to twice a week do it. It all depends on your bodies responce.

twice a week would be to much for me. but everyones different. try it and see how your body responds to it.

or instead you could blast them once a week. I set aside a day for bis and tris respectivley, doing low reps (4-6) and a high volume of sets (16)
