Not at all, it is somewhat genetic, I squat heavy and my fiancee teases me that my rear end looks like beach ball. Leg curls can help a bit with leg bicep development to compensate for overdeveloped glutes. Finding pants that fit can be a costly nuisance.
hahaha....yeh the pants factors is quiet a nuisance and going from jeans that fit comfortably to skin tight is rather annoying. would long stride walking lunges help at all?
