im 6'3'' 330lb at 17% bf my diet consist of this daily morning meal 3 egg ,afternoon meal 5 talapia filets 2 cups brown rice,night meal or before i train meal either fish again 4 to 5 filets or ill have a lean cut of steak with brown rice or a sweet tater,im pounding the water and ive cut down to own protien shake a day .my cardio has been only 20 minutes a day 4 to 5 days a week ,but does diet plan seem to be enough to help me start shredding body fat
 
well yea.. its not gonna work that way..

first things first.. how did u get your bf tested??
 
i know that they are probably not very accurate ,but the hand held machine where you put in your wieght age and something else.What would be the most accurate way to do so
