Hey guys...

just figured I would make a log and put up some pics so I could keep track of my progress.

My cycle looks like this:

D-Bol

Stats:

26 years old

230lbs

13.5% bf

Goals:

Grow big and strong

Split:

Chest
Back
Legs
Shoulders

I'll log some of my lifts too...

Today was:

Legs

Squats:
5 sets
8 reps each set
worked from about 225 up to 285, good lifts a little wide, real low, nice and slow.

Leg Press:
I do these lifts correct, not your pansy little 3" movements you see most dbags doing in the gym, knees to chest, pause, push, repeat.

Worked with 10 plates today. 5 sets, 9-10 reps per set

SLDL:


3 sets of 185lbs

Extensions:

I can't actually remember what weight I did here

But did 4 sets, repped out as many as possible

Leg Curls
put it on 100 on the machine and repped it out for 4 sets.
 
I have no clue what your cycle is like for you even didn't post the dosages. So can't tell if you know what your doing or not.
 
I know what I am doing.

500test per week
250deca per week
50mg dbol per day.

current weight 229. I weighed myself in the morning, after I took a piss, when I was naked. This should be a true weight.

My workouts are going superb, strength is starting to show up, back and chest was fantastic this week.
 
Good luck in you cycle bro. I would add a little cardio to stay leaner (if your not already)
How tall are you? Are you on any Aromatase inhibitor (AI), AE, etc?

I am just a bit over 6',

I was taking letro before my cycle, currently not taking any serm/AI.

I will start shooting 500iu of twice weeky around my 5 week period.

I do about 10 min of cardio a day. I know it's not a lot, but I also do some other stuff that adds up (take my dog on a walk, and take her to the dog park 5x a week)... that crap can tire you out.

Diet looks a bit somethin like this:

32 oz boneless/skinless chicken boobie

3 cup brown rice

2 cup quaker oats

4 scoops protien

1 chicken burrito

1 pb&j

couple handfuls of mixed nuts/fruits

Comes out to somewhere around 3100 calories, close to 400 grams of protein.

I have the most wonderful girlfriend on earth. She prepares EVERY meal for me, all I do is cook the chicken :)
 
Hit my calf with 1/2cc of deca and 1cc of test e... damn thing feels like it's going to explode.

Girlfriend made me take her out to eat yesterday, and I got the shits. Whenever I change my diet around feels like a grenade goes off in my stomach.

Today is shoulders. Pretty stoked.

When I get home, i will try to have gf take updated pictures of myself.
 
Calf damn mate i don't have the balls for that since I've heard it can be pretty painfully, how many weeks u taking d-Bol ? And how many week is your cycle?

I will be running dbol for 4 weeks, pretty typical bread n butter cycle. I will run test for 14 weeks, deca for 10 weeks.

Workout today was good, and horrible....

I partially tore my rotator cuff a while back when training for a strongman comp. I think I partially tore it again a couple weeks ago with heavy DB flies... thing HURTS so bad, and when I hold my arm out, I don't have much strength to someone pushing down on it. Sucks... I will be taking shoulders easy for the next 3-4 weeks. When blood starts pumping into it it makes it hurt much worse as well.

Other than that, good workout. I stuck to lower rep range because shoulder hurt real bad.

Great pump, great vascularity, starting to get veins through the traps again, always nice to see that.

My shoulder routine looks like this:

Power Cleans

DB press

front lateral raise

side lateral drop set

BB press behind neck (just go to about the upper rear of my head)

bent over row

forward/rear shrugs
 
deca is too low per week..
I agree with what you say on how much people generally shoot, but from all my training and cycles I have never ran deca before.

I would much rather become familiar with a drug before I up my dosage.

Maybe next time I use it I can use a greater amount. I know deca is mulitple times more anabolic than test. So even a smaller amount should help build some solid gains.
 
People at work at starting to mention about my size, I am close to 240. A guy told me I looked like I double in size in the past month. I am a desk jockey so most people around my work are skinny dweebs.

I was at my dads house swimming yesterday and my older cousin asked what I was on and I was honest with him, I am starting to get to the point where my size is a bit obvious that I am not natural.

I just freaking HATE the fact that people think you pin once and your body morons into arnold. And they use the term steroid in such a broad profile. That is what losses me off
 
Everything is fantastic so far in. I'm super strong, having fantastic workouts, eating well and just enjoying life.

I thought I was close to 240, but that was just with food/water in me. I actually am 231, naked, after I took a piss 1st thing in the morning.

Had a couple sets of 315 for flat bench yesterday, feeling great, but my shoulder is pretty messed up.

Back day today, I can do 3 x 15 for wide grip pull ups, had a few nice sets of deads at 365lbs today, totally raw, no straps/belts.

Was 234 today.
 
good work man. im following. solid progress. let me know how you like the deca. im thinking about throwing some deca into my second cycle coming up
