Bigger Biceps

Hey simple question would injecting into the biceps stimulate any growth than preffered shots in the glute and delts?

No matter how I train I cant seem to get my bi's bigger than 16.5 inches!

Any suggestions, did try injecting my bis in my 3rd cycle but hurt like hell after and couldny train properly for few days.
 
so far, i have not seen any solid evidence that site injections stimulate more muscle growth in the area that you shoot your aas.

the oil will temporarily make the injection site swell up, hence making your bicep appear larger... but will only last for a day or so
 
They wer my thoughts, so do you have any suggestions or traing techniques to increase my arm size?

How come you get out of proportioned sized freaks in the gym with huge arms, but areas like there back and legs are piss poor when compared!

No growth other than swelling at the site but it goes away after you quit.

Eat big, train hard, and sleep good = growth
 
i have friends that will shoot up prop. in thier bi's and tris before they go out but i think its pointless....if you want to get bigger, its just a body part your going to have to work harder on...and eat more too..
 
Try doing 3 sets 12 with dumbells on a incline bench. Alternate the reps so your doing 1 right 1 left = 12 on both arms. The incline buts your biceps at a natural disadvantage and makes them work harder. I've found this to be one of the only bicep lifts that makes my arms big. Once you curl the weight up take 2 - 3 seconds to lower it back down, it'll really burn.
 
I used the cheating method to really get my arms to go. After 3 or 4 warm up sets I would start with heavy barbell curls using 135lbs. Usually could do about 12 to 15 reps. Then I would add a 10 pound plate to each side of the bar each set eventually working up to 175-180lbs. At this weight I could only rep about 5 or 6 and swinging slightly to move the weight up. Following 4 to 5 heavy sets I would then go to the incline bench and rep out as many 60lb dumbell curls with perfect form. After that reverse grip machine curls. An entire bicep workout usually consisted of 12-15 sets. After about 3 months I had bulked my arms up from 18 inches to 18 3/4 inches. While I do believe in using good form I also believe sometimes you just have to get the weight up to make your muscles grow.
 
I would never give up form for weight. Vary your routine and weight, maybe rest your arms longer. You only grow while sleeping, are you getting enough rest? Most people overtrain, then complain about gains.
 
If you are using winstrol you could shoot this directly into your biceps and experience local growth. Do not use oil products for this, actually it is only winstrol I recommend doing in the biceps.
Lots of food, 30% fat, 30% proteins and the rest slow carbs
