Biggest pet peeve at the gym?

Chicks that stand behind the butt blaster to stair down my rump. Lol jk Doods that wear just a beater and try to puff out there chest, and stair at thereselves in the mirror. I mean if you'd spend more time working out then admiring your tris that look like they belong on a 12 year old. You probablly wouldn't have to puff your chest out. Id be the first to admit I glance in the mirror sometimes but I don't admire myself like im a kardasian sister.

I hate the guys that rack up heavy weight tht u know they cannot do and then proceed to do 3 inches down and then back up thinking thats a rep. especially on the bench drives me nuts its all the way down touch chest and push up to full extention. Not 3 inches down and back up, not down to chest and then 3 inches up and then back down, not bouncing off the chest, etc etc drives me nuts

People that hump the bar while they flat bench...kids and teenagers in the gym...people that look at somebody big and then try to talk to you and say he or she is on steroids...people that think they know everything just because they've been working out forever(but they actually don't know shit)...People that think every supplement is a steroid...people that see you doing a jump set and change the weight as soon as you turn around...people that take over your machine while your shit is right by it and then get on their phones...people that want to do nothing but to check girls out...people that try to teach you on how to lift while they are completely wrong...people that think they are Hany Rambod just because they got a shitty personal training degree...
 
When officers tell me to tuck in my shirt. Does that count? But in reality, it pisses me off more than anything to have to lift with my shirt tucked in.
 
Ppl not using full rom trying to bench315 screaming when theres a sasquatch repping it out not making a peep.

People that lay on the cologne/perfume real thick then get on the treadmill next to me while I'm huffing & puffing. People that don't work up a sweat...
 
All the cardio bunnys that come in and sit down on a cardio bike and sip on their mocha latee while reading magazines.

I hate when people are doing bench and they only go down a third of the way on each rep. Expecially when they put mad weight on the bar and rep it that way one time and they think they are a beast. My bench 1 rep max is 325, If I did what they did I could easily rep out 375 with eaz.
 
I also hate when you are doing a max day such as bench, then some tool bag says I can do that no problem and reps your shit out trying to prove they are stronger even when they arnt even hitting chest that day.
 
I also hate when people use wrist straps fror dumbell curls, bench, back machine ect. I can understand it for heavy deads but come on dude straps on a 25lb dumbell?
 
And last but not least, fat people that dont try and think that doing reps of 25lb lat pull downs. If its too easy then it not doing shit.
 
Good posts everyone. Today I was at the gym and some rough looking guy was sitting on the hammer strength shoulder press machine with his legs crossed sleeping. I proceded to pick up a 45 lb plate and throw it slightly into the air. I watched as it slammed to the ground making a loud thump. Haha he woke up pretty quickly.:shoot7:
 
1. Assholes that don't rack their weights..

2. People reading or talking on the phone on any cardio equipment...if you can read or speak...you're not working hard enough.

3. Texting between sets...

4. Guys staring at themselves in the mirror longer than they actually workout.

5. ASSHOLES WHO DON'T RACK THEIR WEIGHTS...IF YOU'RE MAN ENOUGH TO LIFT THEM...PUT THEM THE FUCK BACK PUSSY!!!

edit: oh and people who do like 25 "pullups"....which in reality are 1/4 pullups....FULL EXTENSION!!!

Thats a good reason for you to show them how its done, and put yourself on another level when it comes to girls training.

Shit that pisses me off when i get stared at when im doing my set, people who try to compete constantly when your doing a exercise.. People who come talk to me during my sets..the whole time im thinking (dont worry about what im doing, worry about yourself)
Or when the retards come in and pack on deadlifts and then leave the bar for someone to pick up.
Also hate the personal trainers who give me hate looks.
People who sweat heaps over the equipment and not clean it up after.
People are lazy and arrogant.. and then they bring there Lazyness and arrogance into the gym so everyone else has to put up with it.

Also hate people who use steroids there all a bunch of cheaters.. I'm joking.

Its not our fucken fault you look so good naturally.. There is shit in this world to help us get more confident and look better.. and for some reason people give us hate looks because of it.
People make me want to go on a rampage.
 
I hate when people walk around the gym like it's a hangout and go talk to one person to the next the while time there in the gym.......ok if u wanna say hello ok then keep it fuckin movin people.!!!
