Bioavailability of liquid egg whites?

Started my contest prep diet today...primary protein sources are beef, chicken, turkey, whey (for now) and white fish.

I want to have another option---liquid egg whites ( due to convenience)

I want to make sure I'm getting all of it- or at least as much absorption as possible.

Anybody have a solid answer on how good the bioavailability of liquid- not raw- egg whites is?

So even thoughg I'll have no satiation from chewing and digesting food, I'll get what I need calorie/protein-wise from liquid egg whites? Just easier sometimes with my schedule...although I'd rather eat a filet:)

This will sound gross but it is really good, if you mix the pastuerized egg whites with juice or even tea and ice and blend it. It ends up tasting almost like an orange smoothie for some reason.

Might try that one day :)

I just add little bit of protein powder stir them and drink em. Not that bad tasting but if you add to much powder then it will clump and you'll ultimately gag on them lol. atleast I have a few times

Yeah...drink them all the time...and mix with my protein, too....just wanted to make sure I was getting my moneys worth on protein or if I needed to keep it to whole food/meat choices...
