Last summer I tried my first cycle(Test cyp.)and was uneducated about proper dosage,diet ect...Now I am ready to try again(Dbol,Test350)and would like opinions on diet(I'm 6' 190lbsW/small gut)and chest workout.My upper chest is o.k. however my lower chest doesn't seem to develop. Whenever I cross my arms my nips seem to face out towards my biceps and seem to have a little fat behind them.Is this gyno.?Is there any way to work that out?Any and all help is appreciated.
