Black bean and ground beef quick meal

Time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb. of lean ground beef
  • 1 can of Goya seasoned black beans
  • green beans or another vegetable (asparagus, spinach, etc.)
  • Badia complete seasoning or another preferred spice
  • Fresh cilantro

Directions:

  • Brown lean ground beef using large pan with extra virgin olive oil, drain excess fat.
  • Add complete seasoning to taste.
  • Add can of Goya seasoned black beans, mix together with meat.
  • Sprinkle cilantro leaves to taste, don't overheat the cilantro leaves. You may also the leaves on your plate rather than on the pan.
  • Add your favorite vegetable as a side, in this example I used freshly squeezed lime juice on top of a bed of green beans.
