Ingredients:
- 1 Lb. of lean ground beef
- 1 can of Goya seasoned black beans
- green beans or another vegetable (asparagus, spinach, etc.)
- Badia complete seasoning or another preferred spice
- Fresh cilantro
Directions:
- Brown lean ground beef using large pan with extra virgin olive oil, drain excess fat.
- Add complete seasoning to taste.
- Add can of Goya seasoned black beans, mix together with meat.
- Sprinkle cilantro leaves to taste, don't overheat the cilantro leaves. You may also the leaves on your plate rather than on the pan.
- Add your favorite vegetable as a side, in this example I used freshly squeezed lime juice on top of a bed of green beans.
