Blast and cruise on TRT - How often?

For the guys on TRT - How often do you blast? Please be specific with time on and time off.

While on TRT does the rule "time on = time off?" still hold true? So if I'm on for 12 weeks, I have to be off for 12 weeks (or back to TRT dose) before starting the next blast?

Depends whastnis going on in my life. I am just wrapping up a three month blast right now.

Time on = time off is still a decent rule of thumb for TRT guys -- the body does need a rest after a blast. But blood work is the ultimate determinant. If everything has returned to normal (liver, kidneys, lipids, etc) and your body has rested some it is probably OK to get back on (or keep going if looking to extend a blast).

What you run will matter too. Some AAS is more "toxic" to the body than others.

While on trt all you have to do is manage sides. Get blood work regularly so you know whats happening to your body. Recovery isn't an issue, but cycling 9 months out of the year isn't healthy.Hct and blood pressure become harder to keep under control for me. I do bump my trt to 250 mg ew from time to time and can keep most gains I have made between cycles, and give my body a break. I do stay away from harsh aas like dbol of anadrol.

I hear what you are saying.

If you don't mind me asking, What is your prescribed test for trt is it enenthate? And also, what is your usual trt dose?

^This.

Although, I'm technically "blasting" 365 days a year as I do always have at least 200mg of deca in me regardless of other AAS or test doses.

Joints are soooo happy this way. :yumyum:

Do you do blood tests for your TRT doctor? How does that dose of Deca affect them?

I m the same 4 , 6 weeks on a small blast and then after a month or 6 weeks, mindful of bloods as they are so affordable...do it again.
Typical for me is-

TRT x 2 as a base onm Sunday s ( bath day)
Then some low dose combo of short ester s M W F. I love m1t as well but it makes me want to lift heavier than I need to given the miles on the chasis, connective tissue etc. I usually do it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 2 weeks on

Stop.
