How long do you guys cycle? What's your longest cycle? If you blast and cruise how long are your blasts compared to cruises?

When I blast and cruise I like to go 4 months blast 2 months cruise. My reason is to get blood back to normal for my doctor visits. Otherwise I would probably stay blasting and just changing compounds.
