i was doing my chest workout tonight on the bench getting warmed up with 125 ont the bench then 3rd set i had 225 which is easy enough for me. When all of a sudden during my fourth rep my right arm blew out and some dude came over n grabbed the weight off my chest thank fuck. i sat up and started feeling light headed and couldnt see for 10 minutes!! once i could see i went to hospital and the doctor said something exploded in my chest and now is bleeding into my chest... anyways i have a fucking baseball of blood in my tit right now which is very painful and now i cant workout for a month n might have to get the blood sucked out in a week..
The doc called it a 3rd degree bruise.... I always thought u had to get hit or smacked by something to get a bruise but apparently not. Here chech this out.
Types of Bruises
Like muscle strains, bruises are usually graded into three categories and these are referred to as: first; second; or third degree depending on their severity.
***9632;A first degree bruise is the least severe. It is the result of a minor rupture of the capillaries and is accompanied by mild pain, some swelling and stiffness. There is usually very little loss of function as a result of a first degree bruise.
***9632;A second degree bruise is the result of a moderate rupture of the capillaries and increased bleeding. There is also increased swelling and pain associated with a second degree bruise and a moderate loss of movement at the injury site.
***9632;A third degree bruise is the most severe of the three. A third degree bruise is the result of a major rupture of the capillaries and will result in massive swelling, severe pain and instability around the injury site
and he never gave me blood test MRI or X ray....just a sling...lol...thats free health care for ya and he said i couldnt see for 10 minutes because there was so much blood going into chest that there was a "short supply going to brain"...
anyone have this happen to them before? could this have happened because ive taken an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) every other day since my first test shot, and all the estrogen loss caused my muscles or whatever expolded to be weak??
