i dont know what your diet looks like, but i'd say drink more water and cut down on the salt..

you sure your not taking anything?

All I can think of is lots of sodium and water.

Sodium holds water which gives you that puffy look but dont totally cut back on sodium and drain down like 6 litres of water, could be unhealthy and even fatal.

drink a total of at least a gallon of water a day, if that dont work you might have a estrogen problem especially since you claim to be clean but have man boobs

I'm curious to what you're eating as well.
If you are retaining water, you should up your water intake. Drink at least 4 liters of water a day. I sometimes go as high as two gallons.
If you want, you can pick up some dandelion root. That will help you with water retention. But as the other guys said, watch the sodium in your diet and up your water. That should help.:)

haha, i dont really have man boobs i just say that cuz i dont like the way they look. and i forgot i do take one supp. a b complex vitamin for energy while i am at work.

as for eating, right now this is mainly all i have time for as i work a midnight shift.

**between 7&8am normally a bowl of oatmeal (i know its bad but i gotta have a little milk and sugar in them or i cant stand the taste)
**workout around 9am until daily is complete
** around 11am i have either tuna salad sandwich on wheat or some fruit.
**and then around 1pm i have 2 chicken breasts w/ brocoli and cauliflour or various vegtables

sleep from around 2:30/3pm until 10pm. and work from 11pm-7am in which i really dont have time to eat anything at all. i have a 10min break at 1am, 20min break at 3am and another 10 at 5am then off at 7am.

i have just ordered 2 5lb buckets of plasmavol and 10lb bag of whey so maybe that will help as far as protein intake. any ideas?
