blood everywhere???? vessel on the way out??

So im casually doing my injection goes in nice and slow no pain pull back and aspirate no blood so i go ahead an inject then pull out and BAM BLOOD SPURTES out everywhere hellllll.. i feel ok prob lost a bit of juice but i mean what happend blood vessel ont he way out? everything ok right? but freaked out lol
