Blood pressure control medicines.

Hey, big bros! As we all know gear makes your blood pressure goes high, I am geting this unconfortable feeling from high blood pressure and
I am thinking about taking some BP control medicines, what does everyone take for this purpose? As I am in Japan, I don't know what's the best medicine out there for BP control, any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Honestly bro, given the fact that you are experiencing symptoms from your elevated blood pressure, you need to get evaluated by your physician to rule out any exisiting potential problems that could be very serious in nature. BP problems should NOT be taken lightly. MAke a responsible decision and prioritize your hypertension concerns in place of your cycle concerns.

Thanks for the advice, bro, but here in Japan I honestly don't trust a doctor they are like veterinary
with doctor's licenses and they get mad on the patient if they are questioned by any health question like "what I have is bad or can I take some
good medicine by myself", anyway I hate Japanese
doctors, I don't see one in 3 years now.

I am on BP meds and would never advise anyone to use, or what to use, or how to use them without a doctors supervision.

Maybe you should look at what steroids are causing this rise in your BP, and either cut the dosage back, or take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like arimidex if they are causing water retention if it is Test or D-bol causing it.

coming from the experts over here, I think I was
a dumbass starting this thread but I've learned my
lesson here today, when it comes to heart health
and blood pressure NEVER as for help on a
messege board without talking to a doctor first
hand and the worst the doctor may be (here in
Japan, of course) it's better than self medication
when it comes to blood pressure and heart.
