water gain, more blood cells in your stream and when you get guys that weigh 300 pounds that heart has to work hard to get it everywhere. I would say that Winstrol (winny) has never had an effect on my bp, mostly dbol.

yeah bro I never really heard of Winstrol (winny) blood pressure problems, but stonecold is right. The cause of the increase is due to water retention, that is why you usually see it really bad with adrol, and dbol too

Anyone know why fina raises bp? It doesn't cause water retention, so there must be some other reason...

That's a good question, and I don't know the answer. But I'd bet it has at least a partially central effect (meaning CNS). The release of various neurotransmitters, which probably coincides w/ some of the well-known behavioral symptoms (irritability, etc.), could certainly lead to an elevation of BP.
There are also various substances (renin, angiotensin, aldosterone) which are secreted by the kidney. Tren has a rep for some low level renal toxicity, so who knows?
This is all supposition/speculation. Any other ideas?
