Blood results are in...is this why I'm having ED issues?

Hey guys just got my blood results in. I'm on a test cyp cycle only at 250 mgs a week x 2 = 500 mgs total per week. I'm into my 8th week now, 31 years old and 5'9 200 lbs.

I did lab results prior to my cycle and my ALT levels were elevated due to a medical condition I have and I was 49 instead of the reference range which ends at 44. However, as of today I'm 59. I've also been using hydrocodone (generic vicodin) for a month now due to an ankle injury which isnt affecting my workouts when I take hydrocodone but I have been concerned about the pressure on my liver. I believe that's why I'm at 59, I also switched from liv 52 to NAC but I was taking 600 mgs a day and now I'm taking 1200 mgs starting from 2 weeks ago. So in other words I think I was taking too low of a dose of NAC this last few weeks.

With that said I have been having some mild ED issues, libido is through the roof crazy but noodle doodle is whats going on. I bought liquid Cia and awaiting to see how it works but my FSH and LH are low. I have been injecting HCG in my belly since week 2 of the cycle (I didnt use it the first week due to stupidity) and I think that might be why it's low.

Also just for reference pre-cycle results of FSH = 7.6, LH=4.5, and Estradiol =26.1. So estrogen has increased and FSH and LH are shot now

I would appreciate any advice.

PS have no idea why glucose is low, it was never low in any of my previous tests in my life. Maybe I hadnt eaten in too long?:dunno:

Sorry man, I don't see anything in your blood work that would create ED. Unfortunately, erectile dysfunction can be caused by a TON of things, many as simple as psychosomatic (thinking about it makes it happen) or even a poor night's sleep.

LH and FSH are always zero when on exogenous hormones, that's by design. :) I would recommend that you pick up some UDCA if the liver values don't come down, acetaminophen is some rough stuff.

My .02c :)

What do you guys think about my ALT levels? Are they alarming? As one poster said, acetaminophen is no joke. I got to ween off this crap ASAP

Definitely not alarming lol. You would want to bring it back in range shortly though. Try supplementing with NAC at 600 - 1200mg daily. As Half said, if it doesn't come down on it's own/with NAC then add in some UDCA. Do yourself a favour and stay on the NAC forever though - it will prevent this from happening again. :)

Is 59 not considered high? I know Ive seen a few guys in the 100's. I want to take NAC forever...its having a good effect on me. I mentioned in another post I have a medical condition similar to gout and liv 52 and milk thistle reduce my medications efficacy no matter how much I love taking liver protection pills. The mod on this forum told me about NAC and he was absolutely right...it works differently and has not reduced my medication levels. I think the elevation from 49 to 59 is prolly from the hydrocodone.

Not to hijack, but doesn't NAC keep levels from rising while Tudca lowers levels?

Yup. Although, it can reduce AST/ALT if they're slightly elevated. UDCA is better when pushing significantly over normal ranges.

What is it pretty much a liver cleanser?

Kind of. It essentially dissolves cholesterol and cleans out your biliary ducts, which makes your liver happy. It's still recommended that NAC and liv52 come first as preventative measures though.
