Here are my blood test results. A little history. Serious gastrointestinal issues starting at 18 after travel and antibiotics. Spent 2 years extremely sick gradually got better and now I have gut issues on and off. Depression/anxiety at times, worse in the winter (generally everything worse in winter). I had a concussion in May. Definitely affected sex drive, emotions etc... Generally feel like crap, low energy, confidence, poor SLEEP, libido.
Anyhow I am so tired of feeling terrible and not being able to get on with my life and be productive. Any help interpreting my results would be hugely appreciated. My doctor has not been very helpful at all. Estradiol seems very low, Shbg high and test low. I posted the pic with age corrected references. Should Also ad that I generally live a healthy pro testosterone lifestyle and I am 26, 5'9, 155. Probably 12-15 BF. Also i calculated free test as 5.45 ng/dl
And bioavailable test as 128 ng/dl. I did this using average albumin level since this wasnt tested for
Thanks!!

You don't appear to be hypogonadal. Most everything appears to be in range.

You are way too young for TRT in my opinion. You say in the winter you feel worse. Do you ever get into the sun? Vitamin D has a lot to do with your mood. What is your workout regimen? What is your diet like? Your gastrointestinal issues I'm sure have affected your diet in someway?

Your testosterone is a little low for your age, a restart might help which will raise your FSH in your LH. This should also lead to a higher testosterone reading.

Suggest to your doctor to try a restart with clomiphene and tamoxifen. If you choose to go this route.
