Blood Test Questions, what do I need?

So I wanna get my blood run before I start my first cycle...
I'm wondering specifically what I need to order on the test, what exactly I'm looking for in the results, and anything else important.
i.e. I found this website - healthonelabs.com that has a few choices of tests, the $39 one looks best for me, but say I choose to just go to a local clinic/lab and get one...wouldn't they ask me what I want to test for?

Examples or pics of a recent test printout would be awesome

You could go with the female hormone panel it's gonna give you your estro. Your total test and CBC and lipid profile and metabolic . This will tell you were your at now. That way mid cycle you can see what's going on with your rbc your hemocratic also your cholesterol and test and estro. It also lets you check your kidneys and liver with the ast and alt levels bun and creatinine.

Good stuff, but heres the thing, I'm active Military. Never gone in to our clinic on base to just get a blood test, would that be a bit suspicious?
If not, I might be able to just get one for free.

Go off base ! You do not want the on base clinic privy to your blood work on cycle. Now granted pre cycle bloods wouldn't matter much but why bother with all the excuses am
And lies to comeup with to get the bloods you need when you can just go to privatemedlabs online and go to the closest labcorp and get them cheap!
