I'm 26. My diet is good, I work out out 3 times a week. 6', 195 lbs, maybe 16% bf. Never smoked, haven't had any alcohol in I think 6 years now. No drugs.
I got these before I realized from reading online that you have to hold doctors' hands to have them do their jobs. The doctor very reluctantly agreed to add a "testosterone" check and when it came back she told me it was in the normal range. I didn't bother inquiring further.
Should I go to an endo with these? I'm in Canada, if anyone has specific information on endos here.
I've been feeling lethargic for years now, no motivation and general depression. I always ignored it saying I should just "man up" but I'm done with all of it, I'm at a point where I will happily self medicate if that's my only resort.
