Here is what I found on blood thinners.

How do blood thinners work?
Despite their name, blood thinners do not actually thin the blood. They work by reducing the formation of blood clots in your arteries or veins. And while blood thinners do not dissolve existing clots, they can help prevent clots from becoming larger and causing more serious problems.

There are 2 main types of blood-thinner medication:

anticoagulants, such as XARELTO® and warfarin, help prevent or reduce blood clotting
antiplatelet drugs, such as aspirin, help keep platelets (a type of blood cell) from sticking together and forming a clot

So back to your question. Even a low dose of testosterone -- even a TRT dose -- will increase your hematocrit. But based on above I don't know if that would increase your risk of clotting. Or if it would require a dosage change in your medication. I would consult with a doctor and do research

Just remembered that even guys on TRT have to donate blood regularly to manage high hematocrit.

At least where I'm from doctors have patient confidentiality and you can ask them whatever you want without "risk".
