Blood work labs no adex...................

No ones arguing more frequent injections are better. I'm already E3D shots!. Chief was suggesting EOD shots at 30-40 mg a piece..lol
sheez.

Well fuck you then, lol.

Seriously though, there are lots of guys with low SHBG who have been successful on ED or EOD protocols. Might be worth a try. Or maybe something OTC to bring your E2 down.

Lol....
my SHBG is considered low?

Been reading for years guys and thought this might be a good place to jump in.

With my TRT protocol, my doc suggested DIM and Zinc daily and I was skeptical. I had seen my estradiol pop up to 56 pg/dL when I first started Trt and was convinced I needed to add an antI-E. My last lab work on 160mg weekly of test C and 350iu Hcg twice a week generated a Total test of 1156 ng/dL, free T of 18.3 pg/dL, and estradiol sensitive of 15 pg/dL. A bit too low on the estrogen. I'm now lowering the zinc and DIM dose to EOD and gonna retest in 3 months. My mind is whole heartedly change on DIM and zinc. It works without having to fear joint pain and the cyclic serum levels I'd probably fight with on arimadex.

Hope that helps Apollon. I really enjoy reading your posts as well as megatron's insights into hormone management. Good luck getting dialed in. It's worth the work.

What dose DIM are u on ?
What b.f. % are u?

What dose DIM are u on ?

150mg Eod now, was 150mg daily along with 50mg Zinc/2mg copper. It was from Chrisler's men's regimen suggested daily doses. His suggested DIM dose was 120mg, but I found these 150's and I thought "more is better right?"

What b.f. % are u?

The trouble of never getting. Around to posting a stats and progress thread huh?
Currently 193lbs and 15.5% BF (and falling) digital meter calibrated with caliper measurements.
Started out pre Trt at 224lbs 21.6% BF.
I lift three times a week, run 15-20 miles weekly and am finally getting a real handle on what kind of dieting my body responds to and sticking to it.

What brand DIM ?
why EOD DIM though?
And not 100 mg ED for example ???
DIMS half life is only a few hours.

Actually I looked back and here is the whole suggested regimen for trt patients on Test C and Hcg with no Anti E

DHEA 50-100mg every morning
Fish oil omega 3 3000-5000mg every morning
Vitamin B 500-1000mcg weekly
Vitamin D 3000iu daily
Vitamin E 2000-4000iu every day
Mag Sulfate 200-400mg every night
Coq10 75mg every day
Copper 2-3mg every day
Zinc 50mg every day
SamE 200mg every night
DIM 120mg every day

I was told that this would keep me at optimum operating effiency while my body relearned what to do with great hormone levels. I pretty my much have followed it until the recent changes on my zinc/copper and DIM frequency. I was skeptical, but the I wake up with the proof everyday.

Olympian Labs DIM off of Amazon, I get all my sups there on subscribe and save. I stopped it completely for two weeks when my E hit 15, and restarted on an EOD schedule that follows my Test injections and HCG injections. The thinking is have high serum concentration while my blood levels of Test are temporarily higher to prevent mass aromitization and build up of E over time. And allowing a smaller steady conversion to take place on those other days to ket me up to around 22-28 where I am the most emotionally comfortable. 10 and I'm kicking the dog, 60 and I'm crying over sitcoms.

DIM doesn't inhibit aromatization. It just helps the estrogen clear your body faster.

Ok that makes sense,, still results in a lower overall estradiol level over the long haul, which is what I'm shooting for. Make a little keep a little.

What about the role of the Zinc in there, is that also inhibitory or also an aid in binding and clearance?

I got the same one. I like how they don't put all that other non sense in there.
whats your take on bioperine in DIM?

I don't really have one, I eat lots of black pepper, so whatevs. Honestly the three criteria I chose oral supplements on are single pill dosage to meet goal, ease of delivery of the item( ie subscribe and save), and then cost. As long as it isn't adding something I don't want in my body or make me nauseous, if it meets those criteria I'm in.
