blood work on pin day???

This is prob gonna sound like a stupid newbie question but I'm gonna ask anyways LOL. I'm on my first cycle(obviously) and am having my first blood test tomorrow. Here's the thing!!! Tomorrow is a pin day. Is it ok to pin in the morn before having the blood drawn?

I do mines day after, don`t know if theres a protocol for this lol. If your test is real it will show up no matter you pin same day, day after or day before.
