Blood work question for a noobie

I'd like to apologize if this is a frequently asked question, because I know redundancy can be an issue on the board. I've ordered a female hormone panel, and I'm wondering if there are any steps I should take to ensure the accuracy of my results. As an example; should I fast or try to get my blood drawn at a certain time of day?

Thanks in advance

What type of blood work are you getting? Pre, mid, or post cycle?

If you're only concerned with hormones (testosterone, e2, lh, fsh, etc) then fasting is not really necessary. But if you don't fast, don't be alarmed if your fasting blood glucose reads a bit high.
