Blood work Question with privatemdlabs

Hey so I just ordered a BW year from privatemdlabs. Do I need to call the lab I’m going to, or just walk in with the requisition papers? I should probably call anyway, I just wasn’t sure how the system works

Just walk in. I like to go first thing in the morning. They get me through quickly.

Honestly, it really depends on the Lab.
If it's in a Big City, I would call 1st.

I'm in Philly, and always use the Labs in the Suburbs to avoid the waiting.
It's one of the smaller suburbs, so I just walk in either 1st thing in the AM.
Or after 1 PM............................ JP

Some labs don't accept third party payers either. The lab corp. in my hometown falls into this category so I drive to another about 50 miles away.
