Blood work results. Looking for input

So in the past few years I haven't been feeling myself. Don't have the energy and especially the explosiveness I used to. A little background...

I'm 30 years old (training over 13 years naturally) and started out competing in bbing. I am natural and have never done a "cycle." I did pretty well taking first in many shows as well as an overall. I eventually moved on to powerlifting where I was also fairly successful managing to break most state records as well as an American record. I have always taken pride being natural and although tempting, never pulled the trigger on AAS.

The past couple years I haven't felt the same in regards to energy and especially explosiveness in the gym. I've taken time off and even tho I can still move some respectable weight, I feel "weak" when doing so as opposed to before where I felt very explosive. I've also accumulated a lot of physical pain which I've heard is a symptom (fibromyalgia) which can be caused by stressed adrenals/low test. I recently got blood work done and the results are below. I'll post what I feel is relevant....

SHBG - 30nmon/l
Total Test - 455ng/dl
Free Test - 9.86ng/dl
Albumin - 4.4g/dl
DHEA - 255ug/dl
T3 - pg/ml
T4 - 1.06ng/dl

Looking for input on what some of the experienced people on here think.

Can you post your full blood work results?

You are not Hypogonadal, but your TT is below average (caveat: assuming your blood was drawn first thing in the morning after amgood night'e sleep).

What did your TSH come in at?

P.S. it helps if you can list the reference ranges for each lab result.

The results are posted via an app so I can't copy paste. It wasn't a full panel so I don't think TSH was checked. What other tests would be helpful?

Oh and blood was taken mid morning fasted.

Can you type the in or post a screen shot (with personal info removed)?

You should get blood work first thing in the morning for checking Natty Hormone levels. Not mid-morning or mid-day.
