dont over wash, it will actually make it worse. 1-2 showers a day and use soem sort of natural organic soap ( I like "dr.bronners magic soaps " google it).
your hormones may still be stabilizing. when was last cycle?

I did test prop 400mg wk 6 weeks
Lgd 5mg 4 weeks
Extremestane 20mg eod (worked so well) then adex .5 eo2 didnt work
Hcg 250 2x wk
Pct clo nolva 50 40 5 weeks weiner worked so well acne was insane i have scars now but my shaft is soft while hard now acne is very light but still not good
