Hey guys hope all is well! I am actually trying to help my brother out. He has been having what I consder low test sides(like fatigue, loss of sex drive, foggy headedness, etc).
I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for a long time for the same problems he is having, so I suggested he get bloodword done, and he did. His #s came in looking like this:
Total Test - 370
Free Test - 2.2/83.1 pg/ml
He is 33, 6'3" and 220lbs. Now from what I have read that 370 seems very low to me. I know I was around 340 when I was put on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and I am much smaller then him. His doc wont help hiom with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) because he doesnt know enough about it. from the chart I have sceen he should be around 700 or so at his age for optimal health.
Can you please let me know if he should got to a new doc that knows more about this or if he is fine. Thanks!
