Blood work showing CL levels over 30,000

Anyone know if Tren cause cause rhabdomyolysis or make my CK levels skyrocket
I just started training again after 8 months also started a Test E and Tren E cycle.. Was not feeling well after a workout and a shot.. Doc said I have rhabdomyolysis and my ck levels were 30,530.. from working out and creatine.. can Tren cause rhabdomyolysis or my ck levels to go up?
